3. Project Quotations & Client Engagements

Submitting a project enquiry through our website does not create a binding service contract. Formal technology engagements—including website development, custom software engineering, AI chatbot deployment, mobile application development, business automation, digital marketing and IT consulting—are governed by a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement signed by both Nogbems Enterprise and the client, specifying:

• Approved project scope, deliverables and technical specifications.
• Project milestones, timelines and client review responsibilities.
• Commercial pricing, payment schedules and applicable taxes.
• Post-launch warranty, maintenance and third-party hosting or API costs.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the branding, visual design, original graphics, logos, text and code architecture of this website are the intellectual property of Nogbems Enterprise. You may not reproduce, redistribute or copy our proprietary brand assets without prior written consent. For client projects, intellectual property transfer of custom deliverables occurs upon final payment in accordance with the signed project agreement.
